How to use Excel to CSV

What happens to workbooks with multiple sheets?

Every sheet becomes its own CSV file, named after the sheet, and they download together as a ZIP.

Do formulas survive the conversion?

CSV stores values, not formulas — each cell exports the result the formula last calculated, which is what most imports expect.

Is my spreadsheet uploaded?

No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser — the workbook never leaves your device.
