Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my CSV look wrong when opened in Excel directly?
Excel guesses the delimiter and the encoding from your system's region settings, which is why semicolon CSVs or accented characters often break. Converting to a real XLSX removes the guessing.
Are semicolon and tab-separated files supported?
Yes. The delimiter is detected from the file's own content, so comma, semicolon and tab-separated data all convert correctly.
Is my data uploaded?
No. The spreadsheet is built entirely in your browser — the data never leaves your device.
